Meet Danielle Hart: Yoga Enthusiast, Cat Mom and Our New Client Success Manager

Please give a warm welcome to Danielle Hart, Simpara’s new Client Success Manager!

While Hart has only been with us since July, she first heard about Simpara when Founder and President Adam Berkowitz visited a previous employer of hers to discuss a new approach to health benefits. Inspired then by what Hart described as “his [Berkowitz’s] passion for the industry,” it comes as no surprise that she finds herself here as part of the Simpara team.

In her role as Client Success Manager (CSM), she’s responsible for managing a diverse set of clients and partnering with them to deliver outstanding outcomes and experiences relative to their benefits packages and outlined initiatives. This means working primarily with clients, software and enrollments.

But this isn’t the first time Hart has taken on a role like this. Her previous position was also in healthcare where she navigated and piloted new software to support client needs. Used to a fast pace and constant change, she’s ready for the challenges and opportunities her new role presents.

“I am most excited about learning the different benefit portals and their intricacies so I can streamline the processes for client enrollments and day-to-day activities,” said Hart.

When she isn’t working, you’ll likely find her on a hiking trail, in a yoga studio, at a night market or enjoying a game night with friends. Her grandma Betty, and cat, Mochi, also make up a large part of her life. “I try to live a very active lifestyle and make the most of my time,” said Hart. “Having a job centered around healthcare and people trying to better their lives is the perfect spot for me.”

And, if there’s one bit of advice this self-proclaimed spontaneous Sagittarius can impart, it would be to Go for It! “If it feels right and you want something, do it,” advises Hart. “Life is short, so live it the way you want, without care of what other people will think. Everything takes time and effort, so don’t let either of those aspects discourage you from moving forward.”

We’re so pleased to have her join our team, and you can expect to hear more from her as she settles into her role!
